You're asking the wrong questions so it's no surprise he had a difficult time finding an answer to please you.

It seemed to me he asked the right question.  Only documents that are signed can be considered as legal documents, that's the only way we know it was freely accepted.

I play League of Legends.  Free to play online.  If you like pvp, it is awesome.

Oh, in that case, no. But you are asking the choir. Of course most people here are going to say no. You might want to try and ask in different place. You might get an answer from the other side of things.

I was hoping maybe there were some detractors here...

Why consider it if I am not violating anyone's rights?  How is the law applicable to me if no one has a right to make laws that are applicable to me?

Why? Because they will take most of your freedoms away and throw you in a rape cage. That is the fact of it when you don't do what the IRS tells you to do. More power to you if you are willing to make that sacrifice.

This thread is about the legitimacy of taxes.  I don't think anyone is denying the government is violence.  I am trying to find out if there is any legitimacy to the violence.

No, I'm not saying that....Most laws suck and are to be .....considered...

Its the Law!

Isn't the law some people claiming the right to tell me what I can or cannot do with my property?  So are you saying the people doing business as the government have a right to boss me around and am therefore violating their rights by not paying?

Whose rights do I violate by not paying taxes?  If no one's, then why am I being punished?

It begs the question, what can the medical establishment be trusted for? My answer: if you are in a car accident and need to be patched up or put back together, Western medicine has got the trauma surgery down great. But when it comes to viruses, sickness, cancer, systemic dysfunction, they are operating almost blind.

Agreed

For instance, people with AIDS are almost always deficient in zinc and vitamin D, both imperative for proper immune funcitoning.

And the AIDS situation in Africa? We have the establishment giving them toxic drugs while they suffer from malnutrition and drink water with sewage in it. Do they need the drugs or do they need water sanitation?

Seems a reasonable assumption to me.

I have not read through the whole thread, so please forgive me if this has already been brought up.  I think a major issue with the FSP is that they want to get 20,000 to sign up.  Who cares if 20,000 sign up, and only 100 move?  What needs to be created is an organization built to help people move and encourage people to move, ASAP, not within five years of 20,000 signing up.

I started to watch episode 4.  Too over the top/dramatic for me.  It needs to be toned down.

The Show / Startpage.com

I found the segment on startpage.com to be very fascinating.  I am definitely going to use it.  Does anyone know if there is some website I can go to that has the bullet points listed out of the arguments made in the segment?  I would like my friends and family to start using this search engine, but I know if I just send them a link to it and say "this is a secure search engine", they will probably just ignore it, and I am really unable to explain why it is secure as opposed to google.

The Polling Pit / In which era were you born in?
« on: June 29, 2009, 05:22:18 PM »
I think this poll is better than asking for a person's age, since a person's age changes, but the year born does not.
