The Polling Pit / Extreme vagina close-ups... hot or not?
« on: August 27, 2008, 07:01:10 PM »
Was talking about this at work the other day... have you ever seen porn where its like a SUPER close up of the vagina? I'm talkin where the vag fills the entire frame and you can practically see into it. Do you think its hot or not?

Personally, I think its weird... almost gross. Don't get me wrong, I love me some vagina, but I dont want to see INTO it.

The Polling Pit / Re: Drupal vs. Joomla ?

I've heard from colleagues of mine that Drupal is better for finding modules to integrate and also easier to train clients on using it themselves. Personally, I have little experience with either, however.

I'm just being realistic.

I really wasn't. I do agree with you though.

Alright, so, the current birth rate, est, for 2007 (according to the CIA's world fact book :P) is about 14.16 births per 1000 population (which I believe is on a downard trend for the last decade, if I recall correctly)

The population currently is 301,139,947 (according to the same source). So, in essence thats 4,264,142 births a year, right?

So, if we divide that by 365 days in the year, we come out to about 11682 births a day.

Now, lets assume that 100% of people will be indoctrinated by the public school system as to the benevolence of big government.

In essence, atleast 5841 people a day need to be convinced of the value of liberty for us to "stay head of the curve". We're gonna need some exponential growth, me thinks.

(LOL okay, I know its not that simple, but I thought it was interesting to look at it that way)

I say abandon all rules on what can and can't be posted, and then ban people at will. ;)

The pic in #1 is simply a better photograph, and the other two look a bit ridiculous anyway.

Also, I agree that it needs some sort of background music (like you put on your other promos)

The Polling Pit / Re: Julia Exposed for Ron Paul
« on: October 30, 2007, 01:10:55 AM »
I never thought a thread about seeing Julia's boobies would turn into a thread about what she should wear while campaigning, but hey, whatever.

I'm not saying this applies to Julia, but as a web developer, and someone who believes professionalism is an attitude, not a dress code, I like to convey a bit more of a casual look at client meetings. An example is something like business casual shoes, some comfortable loose khaki's, and an untucked in shortsleeve buttoned up shirt with an interesting design on it. I think it says to older people something like "hey, I'm young and hip, I know what to do for your site" and for people more my age (mid-20's), it says something more like "hey, I'm not a basement coder wearing jeans, a tshirt and sandals, but not a 'professional' douche-bag either"

For what its worth :-P

I voted main deciding factor, but I don't think thats really that accurate. I would place them close to equal, but I wouldn't start a relationship with a smart ugly girl, but, I probably would with a dumb hottie, if she really was that hot. *shrug* It wouldn't last of course, but thats not what the poll was about.

On the flip side, I'm definitely big about someone much better looking in your own eyes over time, the more you like them. Seems like most people agree this is true for them too

I picked option 3. This is pretty much how I live life. I never really get down about much, nor do I get all that excited about anything.

The Polling Pit / Re: Do you wipe standing up or sitting down?

Has anyone ever used a bidet? It seems to me it would be way better than toilet paper. My british friend once told me "If your truck was muddy, would you use dry paper towels on it, or would you just hose it off?

WTF people wipe standing up!?

Do you mean just lifted off the toilet a little, or literally standing up?
