I'm sure the fucking things are here somewhere.  You dun wanna see 'em anyway, haha.

While I kind of hope I'm wrong, I think they might not be.

I think the forums copped a big clean out a while back.

Star Wars : The Old Republic. When it was finally released over here in early March, I bought it and basically haven't played anything else. Its caused me to get a little more anti-social than I usually am.

In Manhattan this summer, in a t-shirt shop, I actually got my X to buy this shirt for her BF - rather than a CBGB OMFUG shirt, or a Lennon tee, or any other bullshit..

She said he was a geek, so I figured we'll see about that..  Never heard of it again.

Even without knowing the origin, it's still a super cool logo.

Thundercats rule. Especially the 2011 version. I only stumbled across it a couple of weeks ago.

Yep, Legos are cool. This thread reminded me of some of the space lego sets I had. Heres one I can remember.

I may actually still have all the legos too. I know I didn't throw them out, but I'm not sure if I gave them away. Looks like I might be doing some digging around in the shed sometime this week.

btw those skeletons look awesome. Shame their hands are in a fixed position though.

For the last 2 or so weeks I've been playing Skyrim. Great game, although I think I completed the main quest line too early. I think I might start a new character as I've got my current one kind of wandering around wondering what to do. Got my guy married and got the store going but yeh haven't been up to much in the game since kicking Alduin's arse.

I don't think I'd take the blue pill. I've never believed ignorance is bliss. I prefer to know. Free Talk Live was my red pill. I just wish it had've happened much earlier in my life.

I did another one using a lot less pictures. I think it works best if you can keep it under 10 selected photos.

My dream woman.

A friend posted this on facebook. Basically due to the Kelly Clarkson stuff. Yep, he is convinced Ron Paul is a KKK member. I mean Ron Paul is in a photo with these guys SO IT MUST BE TRUE!

http://www.streetwisepundit.com/ron-paul-with-stormfronts-don-black.html

I saw someone write this on facebook, in response to the pic elsewhere. It describes the media perfectly.

Quote
On Ron Paul being racist...lets look at this logically....

On the one hand, 6 sentences that a man says he didn't write.

On the other hand hundreds of hours of videos, speeches, books,
6 million sentences that we know he wrote & spoke that have no
racist undertones.

Lets go with the 6 sentences.

I want to play Star Wars - The Old Republic. Unfortunately it won't be available here until March 4th. I tried buying the download from the official site but it won't let me do that either. I'm considering buying it off Amazon but still not sure. I've heard server queues are horrendous, so I probably still wouldn't get to play anyway.

Shaw and Brasky, you've convinced me. Skyrim sounds good. I'll have to give that one a try.

I tried to post this in the Create show prep thing but it kept setting off the spam filter, so I've posted it here.

  -  Former MP guilty of having sex with 12-year-old
  -  Judge found medication triggered hypersexual desire

TERRY Martin showed no sign of emotion and refused all requests for comment as he walked free from the Supreme Court in Hobart this afternoon after he was found guilty of having sex with a 12-year-old girl.

In a surprise move Justice David Porter chose not to jail the former MP and long-serving Glenorchy mayor instead handing him a 10-month suspended sentence back-dated to November 22 when he was taken into custody.

Martin was last week found guilty of having underage sex - with a 12-year-old girl prostituted by her mother and mother's friend - in September, 2009.

He pleaded not guilty and argued from the start he believed the girl was 18.

He became involved with her after responding to an ad for her services in the newspaper listing her as "Angela, 18, new in town".

But the jury found he ought to have known she was underage after the nine women and three men deliberated for several hours on Monday last week.

In light of the massive amount of publicity surrounding the case Justice Porter chose to give extensive reasons for his decision not to jail Martin - who was found guilty of one count of sex with a young person under 17 and one of producing child exploitation material.

He was acquitted of a third charge of indecent assault after the jury was unable to reach a verdict and the Crown elected not to pursue that matter any further.

Justice Porter accepted expert opinions backing up Martin's assertion the medication he was prescribed for his Parkinson's Disease had caused him to suffer from hypersexuality at the time of his offending.

The judge said he accepted the submission that if Martin had not been taking those drugs he would not have become "obsessed with sex'' and hooked on prostitutes - and would therefore not have come into contact with the 12-year-old.

I can only imagine how hard it would be trying to explain to someone, who has any sort of belief in government, how a free market road system wouldn't end up like that. I guess I still have a lot to learn.

I looked up that video on youtube and stumbled across this

I'm guessing this has been repetitively splashed across the news and I'll be hated for bringing it here?

James Reyne from Australian Crawl. Good music, except you can barely understand a fucking thing he sings. You can't help but have misheard lyrics with this guy. You just take your best guess at what he is on about. He has a good voice, it just seems he adds loads of extra vowels into each word.

Since I've ripped on the poor bugger a bit, I'll just throw in what I think is one of his better songs. He is easier to understand in this one.
