General / Underground Food clubs

Hello everyone! My wife and I are trying to do a small home business selling home baked goods preserves, etc and were going to go through the local small farmers market here in Goose creek sc.  We were thwarted due to the asinine regulations.  As protest and exercises of free market in interested in starting an underground food club like the ones heard about on FTL.  Does anyone have any info on how to start something like this or contact info for someone in another area already participating in a similar event? Any info or insight is appreciated! Thanks Stephen
