General / Egg price manipulation reference needed
« on: March 08, 2010, 11:12:00 AM »
Can someone help me with reference to egg price manipulation via government health warnings.
A long time ago one of the shows mentioned that the Hoover (?) or Roosevelt (?) government issued health warnings/guidelines about egg consumption as way to control the price of eggs. It was done to reduce demand in a market that they thought had gone too high.
I am having a lot of difficulty finding a quotable reference to this online (google, startpage, wikis).
Can anyone provide a reference or suggestion on where else to search?

« on: August 02, 2006, 03:36:38 AM »You might be right about that. There's also the hawala system that's been used in the middle east for hundreds of years. It is similar. On a similar note, I just set up my own anonymous web server via Tor at http://qocmzkmpvssifhni.onion/. So far, it only has a few files just thrown in a directory, but please try to access it and let me know if it works. <snip>
Doesn't work for me either

nhzero, wow!. Mate that is mighty impressive.
Your keyword of "dedication" is spot on. It's interesting what even a little bit of self discipline and persistence can achieve. It's also interesting how much power you get from taking personal responsibility.
