"I would like to schedule an appointment with you on Monday august 30 2010 at 10am at the flushing township offices. I would like to discuss the township zoning and how it pertains to your trailer/building located on your property.
If the scheduled time is not convenient, please contact me at xxxxxxxx to reschedule.

I call him to remind him I almost never go anywhere because it aggravates my back. We back and forth some over details he suggests a nature park just down the street. I agree but explain I intend to have my family there as this effects us all, at first he balks but full circles to agree but his way, then....I tell him I will need to record the meeting. "Oh no that won't be happening", I tell him it's the only way I will meet I insist we have a record of the events. He needs to call his lawyer. I record the thing but have since realized my phone screws with the vcam's audio dammit. Some parts are clearer than others, towards the last I come right out and ask him to just tell me the code violation so I can address whatever, he won't tell me! WTF ?? I'll tell you if and when we meet, after I consult our attorneys something like that. That part is pretty clear. I'll post as soon as I can.

Love berries, but at this point I too would be concerned what they would do to them. She called the cops on me recently but that backfired on them. The cop to his credit seemed to see right through her, we spoke at length. There's vid on my youtube of that. The Sarge kinda griefs me some cause I haven't called in over any of the BS and let him "help me". I have reached a point I feel giving him the chance is the best I got. We are a lonely outpost of only 4 porcs 2 big 2 little, surrounded by well connected wealthy goons willing to use violence both legal and illegal.

I am very concerned, downright paranoid at this point. After witnessing on the later security footage (love thy neighbor part 2 ) the extent of malice and willing participation by all of them, it's scary. So far I don't think they know how much I know. I have no idea what sort of charges would apply for all they have done (if it were you or me that is). We have 6 chickens back where the daughter was throwing stuff. The security footage is very damning, even though it's not very clear video, it's clear enough, especially with the audio, and there are several angles that can be cross referenced. I wonder if the sound files I have that are cluttered with sounds like the mower could be peeled back. I know she sent that boy over to do something to my van, and have even made out "Be Careful!" as he's walkin' away from their huddle strait to my van

wealthy rip off artists and good friends the Prison guard family
Part of a pond is visible and it's huge.The lagoon you see is over 50ft
to put into perspective.
KEY:
Blue V = Our Place

Yellow Square = Garden ( 14ft x 16ft)
Purple Oval = Where the girls tend to stay if outdoors well away

Both north and west of us. There are 2 HUGE ponds they dug (the prison guard ran the backhoe) either one could swallow our house 30 times over. There are piles of old 5 gallon cans of paint, sealant, you name it.
Hundreds of them, many open and tipped.
Circled are:
1. Pile of busted concrete/dirt/crap (as tall as my house)
2. 20 something foot bayliner no trailer
3. 18ish foot tri-hull also no trailer and on it's side
4. More shit piles
5. 25 x 30 ish delapitated garage & smaller rotten shed both open
Just below #2 is a good size cabin cruiser 2/3 the size of my trailer and taller
These weenies are all partners in crime, behind my land the prison
guard mows a 10ft path all the way to the Parkers place 3 lots north, and they all come and go through it happily unseen, you can see it under the "P".
It's fuckin creepy at this point.
There is too much other junk back there to name but video coming soon.
Oh and...they didn't get no stinkin' permits or land usage studies to dig,They just did it.
Water table here is 20-30ft.
I wonder what is IN those ponds. They did that years before we moved here.

The icon right of the youtube one seems like the obvious choice but when clicked it puts 2 sets of bracket symbols with the abbreviation img in both. second also has a foreslash. If this thing gets escalated and hauled into court for whatever reason, you can rest assured that this thread will be presented against you. Shaws suggestion about the Nail-Board is in fact a felony (intentionally creating a dangerous situation) and they could even construe a conspiracy charge because multiple people are involved in planning to do this, even if you don't actually do it. Best bet is to continue the fence, ignore them, and hope that they tire of being assholes.
I have a friend in OR that is embroiled in a neighbor spat, and it is getting real ugly, thus far he has lost his job at the post office and now has the asshole pulling pranks and blaming it on him (like Shaws if all else fails suggestions)- not a good position to be in. Much better to grab some beer and fishing poles and go over the the Shiawassee and catch a couple of channel cats and just let everything blow over bro.
Good advice. That is some funny shit though. We have done nothing to them save the trailers presence on our land, and just recently I have begun documenting all the bologna with the videos, that really got their knickers in a knot. Too bad, documenting an act of aggression is not an act of aggression. If you haven't seen it yet I have posted security footage that shows a god damn coordinated attack from their kids while mom quarterbacks. I have only just started going through it all, who knows what else is there. I am not set up for this crap. I threw a buncha old webcams together from the junk drawer a few days ago and cannot yet position them any better with my cordage. I have created 2 keyed google maps in the form of bitmap images. I could use info on putting it here. I am not computer illiterate, but am BBS ignorant. Thanks. Peace

Good Idea. Have no Idea how. there is an icon right of the youtube icon claims to insert image but only seems to place " brackets with letters img in them " where ever the cursor is.
