This was a particularly good, thought-provoking episode; and I have to say that I side with Darryl about 2 things: This trans-humanism thing sounds pretty scary. Today's leading eggheads can't even make an operating system work right and we're going to let them invade our bodies? Yikes! Also, I believe that Darryl's assessment of heaven and hell is spot-on. I've heard it worded almost verbatim by all the best Christian teachers.

Why can't I download this episode? I don't want to go to Soundcloud and sign up and sign in. I just want to download the episode directly.

General / Running for Mayor
« on: August 02, 2012, 06:54:03 PM »
So I'm going to run for mayor of my city in 2013. It's a small Midwestern city with about 8000 residents, 74% Democrat.

I started going to city council meetings about two years ago and met with the council members and the current mayor, who seemed like nice folks. Last week the mayor appointed me as a member of the City Planning Commission, and it seems my political career is off the ground.

What they may not be aware of is that my political views are based on peace and liberty and that almost everything they call "revenue" I find looks a lot like armed robbery. I also find that most of their expenditures are unnecessary.

We'll see how far I get with this. I just hope I won't end up prison.

The Show / Re: Podcast commercials way louder than show
« on: February 23, 2012, 09:08:31 AM »
The volume levels on the podcasts have always been too low. I used to listen while riding the bus, but I had trouble hearing the callers. If the hosts didn't repeat what the caller said I had no idea what they were talking about. I couldn't hear Stephanie at all. I can hear whatever music I'm listening to just fine, but FTL mp3's are barely audible in a noisy environment.

I don't wear the hat to interviews. Just the glasses.

General / No I.D. in N.H.
« on: July 15, 2010, 04:10:43 PM »
I have a question about a topic that I've never heard discussed. (If it has please direct me to where) I don't drive, so I don't have a driver's licence or any kind of government identification card other than a social security number. (Currently, I live with a relative and I'm self-employed, so I can get away with it.) I'm considering moving to New Hampshire, but I'm wondering if I'd have problems finding a place to live or a place to work with no I.D. How non-I.D.-friendly is New Hampshire, and will I need to get an I.D. to live there?

Thank you. But it didn't seem to work. I downloaded some kind of file, but it won't open.
Nowhere I can get an mp3 of it?

Can anybody tell me where I can download the Alex Jones show with Ian & Mark? I'd like to hear it.

Where can I download this show? I don't have internet at home and I don't want to sit in the library and watch it on You Tube.

(Not the FTL episode, the Alex Jones show with Ian & Mark.)

Thankfully, the number of dead and injured isn't high, but you know the Empire will use this event to tighten security even further.
