Old Photoshops, and Hello!!

Hi everyone.. I've been a forum member for a while now, but have only recently gone active. I dabble with Photoshop, so I thought I should share an old item from Fark.



Hopefully I'll find the time to participate in photoshops here.. enjoy :)

....actually, on the forum I run, I always look for those zero post threads that need some validation XD

Although, Puke didn't say what type of monkey. Not a chimpanzee; been done way too much for GW jokes.
Maybe a spider monkey, or a baboon?

This could actually be fun! If you go to http://www.primates.com/monkeys/cannabis.html, there is a picture of squirrel monkeys that are hooked on hash. We could put together nifty Anti-Drug PSA's or medical marijuana ads.

I don't know. I'm googling to find some of the little booklets we were handed at camp back when I was a kid. They were kind of like the religious tracts, but about drugs and peer pressure. I think they had really outlandish claims about addictiveness & birth defects.

Before I do that though, I need to get a fix (or 4) of my drug - french roast.

I do need serious help with graphics. Don't have time to play in Photoshop right now. Am slammed with maps, site plans and other things that need an Adobe Illustrator person. One who doesn't mind slumming in FreeHand for Windows every once in a while.

Plus, I have a client still using a 5 yr. old web design who I'm trying to convince on a complete redesign... and I have no idea how to do the interactive crap.  Can you do that?

Sorry, I don't think I can...

I don't have a copy of illustrator, but I have some experience with it. I'm familiar with quark and photoshop mainly. As for web design, I'm self trained in html, css, and can tweak with javascript. I'm familiar with setting up phpBB, SMF, mediawiki. I'm a pixel artist/photoshop manipulator/print designer/illustrator/fontographer. I'm decent with gif animation work, and I am very good with designing a page to load quickly through web page layout and image compression understanding. I can't do fancy proprietary media installations like flash, or back-end database coding. Always looking for work though :P
