It's a combo of two cartoon characters - Raphael from Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, and Tetsuo from 'THE' anime Akira - both have been made into plastic toys which I PS'd together. If you've never watched Anime - most people START with Akira if you were ever gonna see what "Anime" was all about. (either that or Ghost in the Shell)

but... I wouldn't nessecarily reccomend it... Anime is not as great as the Anime freaks make it out to be.
