I can not say if this is true. If a lethal practiced marksperson is shot in the forehead can something go wrong?  I looked it up in the book ET the Extra Terrestrial.  It is when there are talks in the first few pages of whether ET would sit in a service of international delegates to guide world affairs. The young boy I am talking about is shot just before his High schooling starts.
Now he continues his schooling as normal and has seemed to have recovered with life saving technology. The Phantom of the Opera is still in my mind. But now the boys father has prepared the syllabus and way forward for the new school. What ways do we trust the way forward for what is written in ET,to what  extent ETs feeling may change things if ever in power?
