I specifically marked that so that someone who could MODIFY a post (It's not like I can) would put "NSFW" on it. What's wrong with that? Do you really
want think someone wants their computer at work to start blurting obscenities with no warning?

Fuck! It wasn't a complaint. It was advice, which you somehow think was worth mocking for some fucking reason. If it were true that I'm the only one who "complains about this shit" then there would be no topics labeled NSFW, and people wouldn't have complained when I've posted things they didn't want to see or hear.

Actually, that's bullshit, and this whole thread is character assassination. The last dozen or so, which have probably taken place over a half dozen MONTHS or so, have been spam tips, and this particular one you're bitching about. I DARE you to HONESTLY publish every single one.

Why are you pulling this crap anyway? It makes you look like--well--YOU. You know very well you're not just mischaracterizing this particular "reported post," but all of them, by context. You know damned well that for the time you've been an admin, I've neither abused the function you're bitching about, nor used it for anything other than what I've claimed above.
Up until now, your improved behavior over the last year or so has been greatly appreciated, and I'm pretty sure I've expressed that directly to you in IM, and in threads. Now you have to go off on what's essentially a trolling mission. This shows why it was poor judgment for Ian to make you an admin (actually, I think he did it because he thought it would be entertaining--as he obviously no longer gives a shit about the BBS.)
What started this anyway? Did someone shit in your Rice Crispies?

How does my recommendation that a thread be labeled NSFW because someone might regret foul language being blurted from their workstation imply any change in my work status?
FWIW, I work at home 90% of the time anyway, but I have been at a site when I didn't want the speakers at my station blasting profanity without warning.

Of course I'm not. I specifically referred to a time period LONG since then (before which, you were not an admin, so you wouldn't have any informed opinion about.)
There's also the particularly unethical aspect about this, where you "out someone" for a private communication. I don't particularly care about it, in this case, but I'll bet people who read this thread are making notes to themselves right now about how you'd basically expose private information about them if you had access to it. I'm sure it gives them a warm fuzzy feeling about you being an admin on this message system.

Ken hasn't seemed to have been abusive of the reporting system.
However, the only people who seem to ever use the damnable thing are Ken and Rillion, (who also only uses it rarely) so it could easily come off like Ken has an itchy trigger finger on the report button.
Now leave me the fuck out of this.
