If you haven't already added me, let me know, I've got a few of you already

I avoid Facebook like a plague.

I only make exceptions for two people: Ron Paul and Lance Weber (http://www.facebook.com/lance.weber1?v=feed&story_fbid=195527773692).

What's Facebook and why do you want to join it?

I only connect with people I know very, very, well. Other than accepting invitations to Facebook, I never use the site. As far as I can tell, its only purpose is to brag about how much time you spend playing pointless online games.

lol, Those pointless online games are pointless.  I block most of those application invites because they get so damn annoying.

I only popped on there for a second both times.  Can't stand government-loving tax-paying megasites!

Here's one example:

From Daemon News (http://www.daemonnews.org) -- 'Kill Obama' Facebook group active for a month (http://daemonnews.org/security/2371-kill-obama-facebook-group-active-for-a-month.html) --

Everyone is talking security these days. Does this include Facebook?

I ask because a group called 'Kill Obama' was on the social-networking site for more than a month before Facebook's attention was drawn to it by CNET (http://news.cnet.com/8301-17852_3-10425110-71.html) late Monday evening.

The group, which appears to have been created in Alberta, Canada, had 122 members and five administrators. Its existence originally caught the eye of Brian Cuban, brother of tech entrepreneur Mark Cuban.

Brian Cuban, who has long criticized Facebook for its attitude toward Holocaust denial groups, used his blog, the Cuban Revolution, to point out the apparent criminality of the 'Kill Obama' group: those found guilty of a threat to kill the president could face up to five years in jail.

The 'Kill Obama' group, which was active since November, was entirely open and set out its goals like this: 'We are going to kill Obama. Ten of us will surround the capital, armed with sniper rifles. Mr. Hope And Change just made his last speech.'

 :x

I will not post on a site that won't let me explain why killing Obama is the right thing to do; and can be done, and should be done, and all of his successors as well!
