That is my guess as well. I e-mailed in a color-corrected version of that photo and it stood out as being especially crappy. There's a ton of JPEG degradation, it looks like it's been through the ringer a few times. Perhaps not an original digital image like the others, looks like it could be a scanned print. But mainly the pose seems fake with an unlikely pose. It also seems cropped and perhaps the card was added. If the entire card and not just the lettering was added then I have to give the scammer props for retouching the hair over the top of it. If superimposed, the card does gel with the rest of the photo. But the pose itself seems phony.
