Apparently it's a rendering showing the connections all of computers in the internet.  The colors mean something.  Doesn't it look suspiciously like nerves?

At first, a dandelion.  Then Brain/nerves.  Then, something electrical/electrical activity.  I would have never guessed computers.

So, I was wrong 3 times or 2 1/2 if I get partial credit for a computer operating on electricity.

I think its more ordinary people joining and becoming trolls.
