It takes a lot of exercise - you have to start with low resistance and work your way up.   The same applies to the dumbbells thing as well.

I do a lot of "mental sandboxing", which really opens your mind to very new possibilities - just let yourself accept something as fact for a few days and see how that jives with the rest of your mind.  That's how I beat the leftie greenie stupidity of my early 20s. You don't need drugs to experience new dimensions of consciousness.  Like, I was totally a 100% crazy radical Muslim when I wrote that thread.  I've tried out many different ideologies, but I always come back to where I am, which is stuck somewhere between something like Objectivism and Anarcho-Capitalism.  The same applies to sexuality as well.
