Larry Niven - Ringworld
Weird.
I picked this up a few months ago at the airport and re-read it just the other day. It's tanj good. Especially when you learn the truth about Teela Brown.

Apparently there are sequels. I am looking forward to reading them and I hope they do not suck.
Honestly Niven is one of my favorite authors of all time, but Ringworld just didn't cut it for me.  I really gave up about 100 pgs into the novel.  I'm a very big fan of all of the stuff he wrote with Pournelle and then some, he's excellent, but Ringworld just wasn't my schtick.  Maybe I've just gotta try again.

Last couple of weeks, i've discovered a band called sHEAVY.  they've been around awhile, but i'd never heard 'em before...

if you like sabbath or/and ozzy, the singer is a dead ringer...  and the sound is sabbath, old-school.

it's like a alternate reality hearing it sometimes; it's like the sabbath you never heard.

give 'em a listen.
