Sausage, couscous with pine nuts, and green bean casserole.

With a Southern Tier IPA, of course.

Sub-par sushi and a Carlsberg Elephant beer.

Please tell me SMB hasn't come back.

Okay, so I love the Hidden Valley Ranch dip and want to use it on a salad but I need to thin it out a bit. How should I do it? I was considering whole milk or half-and-half.

olive oil + balsamic vinegar might be yummy......try a small test batch
i always use ex. virg. oliv oil + balsamic + a wee bit of newmans ital.

To thin out ranch dip?  Uhm, no.

Bree, anything dairy you may have on hand should do you just fine, I'd think.

EDIT:  I fucking fail at typing.

Worked with half-and-half. I have enough salad and bread left over for tomorrow's lunch :)

Trying to decide between lamb curry and a moroccan lamb stew.
Either way, I'm mixing up some flat bread. And pouring wine.

N OOOO!!  Buttermilk.

Since you don't have any, whole milk would work.

I went to Arby's for lunch today.  I split the 4 roast beef sandwiches for $5 deal with a coworker and ordered myself an extra Beef 'n Cheddar and large chocolate milkshake.  It was all that I had imagined.  I don't think I'll be eating again until tomorrow afternoon...

A chocolate milkshake sounds really good.

I've been making frozen banana and chocolate soy milk smoothies.

I've heard that as a good recommendation for what to do if your bananas get a little too soft for regular eating.  Definitely going to have to try it.

It is extremely good. I use vanilla soy milk and blueberries/strawberries with bananas though. Chocolate and bananas combined is not a big flavor thrill for me.

Avocado & mixed berries makes for an amazing smoothie.
