I made the mistake of mentioning I read a few recipes for pumpkin cocktails earlier.
Tonight, I'm just drinking black tea, but I'll be gathering the ingredients for pumpkin margaritas and pumpkin rum punch, so the experimenting can take place over the next few days.
These recipes...you must share them.

The pumpkin rum punch (recipe in quote) is delicious. Made a couple to go with brunch. Will be making more throughout day, as needed.

As a plus, I'm able to tell myself I'm doing myself good, thanks to the nutritional value of the pumpkin and unfiltered apple cider.
Haven't tried the margaritas yet. Will have to go to the liquor store, to get a pumpkin liqueur first, unless I can figure out the right blend of spices to mix with the puree.
Maybe pumpkin pie spice and vanilla?
