Coffee. Lots of black coffee.

There's baking going on here, and I need the coffee to offset all the sugary stuff.

i thought kitchen activities = wine?
wtf is going on over there?
Egg bread, cinnamon oatmeal muffins and mirrorworld cookies (chocolate cookies with white choc chips).
Does not go so great with the wine. Did get lots of whine, though, of the "are they ready yet?" variety.

More hot water.

I'm down to one cup of coffee in the morning. Haven't had any Mountain Dew in a couple weeks.

How much coffee did you drink, and how long have you been tapering?
Does the temperature of the water help fill the psychological portion of the need for coffee?
And, do you add lemon to the hot water, or is it just water?

I've been kicking my caffeine habit for years. At my worst, I was up to about 6 cups of coffee a day. Then I mostly quit coffee during the day, and switched to Mountain Dew. It was kinda weird, cus I don't like carbonated drinks, but I got over it. I think I mostly used the caffeine to avoid hunger. I don't eat breakfast or lunch.

I don't think I want to quit coffee all together, but I don't want a caffeine addiction anymore, and I really want to stay way from soda.

It's just plain hot water. I think I drink it cus I am in a cold computer lab most of the day. I'm a lab rat. I also don't get hungry if I keep drinking. Maybe I should just start to eat.

You're right, and I do that, sometimes. Sunday was just not one of those times.
