Pipon Valencia
Quote
From the home of paella and Spanish chorizo, this full-flavored Red is herby, rich and lean. It is ideal with blue cheeses, such as Rogue Anniversary Blue or the classic Stilton; amazing with fig cake; and a wonderful dinner wine with red-sauced pasta, beef or BBQ.

What in God's name does "DH" stand for?  I've seen it used a lot of places but I can never figure it out.

Short hand for "dear husband", but many use it for other "d" words that husband can be added to, negative or positive. I use it for dear in this circumstance, since it was an anniversary gift and thoughtfully chosen.

Celebrating my birthday starting now with a nice glass of 2004 Ravenswood. Tannins, baby, tannins.
Tomorrow is the actual date but tomorrow we'll be busy with the delivery, by C-section, of my second son. Nicholas Morpheus Goddard.

I'll wish you Happy Birthday early, then. And best wishes on the upcoming birth day, too.
