if by cool you mean having either insulin resistance or type 2 diabetes (latter for me) then you are correct.

Most likely not, since I've not seen that.

It consisted of me drinking a giant glass of mostly vodka and some orange juice, and doing various odd shenanigans around the house, along with posting here.  Wasn't too exciting.
