That breakfast is so gay, they wouldn't serve it at Michael Jackson's funeral brunch.

My wife disagreed.

The other day was "Date Night" here and I made a special meal.

Chicken Parmesan from scratch with my own blend of breading. Whole grain penne pasta with a vodka sauce. Baked onion garnish. Bread-sticks lavished with melted butter.

OM NOM NOM NOM. Its making me hungry even now.

Right now, I'm eating the usual spinach salad I have five nights a week when I'm not living at home. On my days off, I eat whatever the hell I want to eat.

I dont have any ingredients but I read online about a snack I'd like to tinker with.

Blue cheese, broccoli, cream cheese, and I'm thinking chicken broth.

Perhaps if I cut the broccoli small enough I can make a creamy dip for crackers.

Just had hot wings, with ranch and potato wedges, for the first time in about ten years.  Practically inhaled them.

Yes, yes, I know it's not healthy.  But it was friggin' wonderful.

Turkey burgers with brown rice, Thai basil, cilantro, lime juice & grated onion mixed in. We'll lettuce wrap & have roasted corn with it... Unless the late afternoon thunderstorms  leave no grilling window.

I handed the iPhone to the boys today. Told them to launch the Epicurious App and search "Tilapia".
Then, they got to pick the menu. We're having:
Tilapia with Balsamic Butter Sauce
Thyme Mashed Potatoes
Sugar Snap Peas

Am hoping getting to set the menu puts them in a better mindset to try fish.
If not, the back up is dark chocolate lacey cookies for dessert as bribe.
