Steak and french fries in a basalmic / garlic sauce.
Marinated steak in granulated garlic, olive oil, basalmic vinegar, salt pepper onion powder and basil.
Cooked the steak in a pan on the stovetop, whilst deep frying the fries in a wok...
Took the steak off, and used the remaining marinade to de-glaze the pan, and added some beer. Didnt have any corn starch, so I thickened the (delicious) sauce with bread.
Serve with steak and fries drenced in sauce.
