I'm trying something new tonight: Stir-fried Pork & Corn

It's supposed to be "typical of Thai street food". Long beans, fresh corn, and thin strips of pork, cooked quickly in a sweet garlic and hot chili, then tossed onto a bed of egg noodles with cilantro.

Here's hoping the complaints are few around 6 pm
tipping back a sip of first glass of wine... for cooking, of course
