Tonight shall be teriyaki angus sirloin steaks, fire grilled. Debating if I should do "tinfoil potatoes" or just regular baked. For those not in-the-know, 'tinfoil potatoes' are sliced with onion, butter, salt n pepper, wrapped in tinfoil, and baked over a fire (on the grill). Also doing white corn on the cob.
Its summer cookin' above the arctic circle. I have to dig my way out to the grill.

The steaks came from a butcher in a farmers market. Aged, marinaded, and vac-sealed in heavy plastic. I also got two pounds of the best smoked kielbasi you'll ever taste, three stuffed cornish game hens, hand made chocolate dipped pretzels, and a bottle of Da Bomb one-million scoveille hotstuff.
