I'm trying to figure out what to have. I'm stuck here at work until 9. I'm also apparently watching my carb intake. I'm up for suggestions from you foodies. 
Fruit & veggie carbs, good. Starchy carbs, not as much, unless you're just coming off a big expenditure of calories.
Adding healthy fats, like avocado, olive oil and nuts might help cut down on the craving for the sugary & starchy carbs you're trying to cut out.
A gigantic salad with grilled protein (beef, chicken, seafood, tofu, legumes or eggs) always a great choice. Just skip the breadsticks and/or crackers.
