I took a rack of baby back ribs and a pork butt roast and cooked them from 10:00 am until 7:00 pm at 200 degrees, coating the ribs with KC Masterpiece every couple hours. Also made a homeade vinegar based bbq sauce for the pulled roast.

HOLY, LIVING, FUCK... I am going to do this every weekend.

If you were having problems getting the chicken in the spaghetti without it drying out my solution would be:

Cut chicken into pieces (I'd do strips).
Place into hot skillet with melted butter underneath.
Put lid on. Crack lid and spray enough water on to steam.
Cook chicken this way, then mix with spaghetti immediately before eating.

Ground chicken.  Like for meat sauce.

If its ground already, you could pan fry it in olive oil and butter, with some minced garlic, onion, black pepper and parsley.  But I'd do it super quick and get it off the heat almost immediately.  If it simmers in the red sauce it'll achieve the internal temp and be cooked, so you're basically prettying it up by browning in a skillet.

Chicken and rice with vegetables, followed by homemade whole-wheat chocolate-chip muffins.

I went hooking for cheeseburgers. I decided to put bacon and a fried egg on it for kicks.

Cheese Dip.

Warmed up cream cheese mixed with a white shredded mexican cheese mix. Warmed up marinara sauce poured over the top. Dip tortilla chip strips into it.

I'm having a New York steak rubbed with a homemade paprika, sea salt, black pepper, garlic, and brown sugar rub I stole and modified to suit myself.  Had one last night too, delicious.

I modify the rub for more brown sugar for chicken, and less for steak.
