White chocolate peanut butter?  WAT?!  Where can I get some?

Whole foods, though I've seen the dark chocolate and cinnamon raisin versions (also awesome) both there and at Super Target.

...and I'm thinking over various scenarios of impersonating your husband.

Wouldn't be difficult this week. Mr. Joy is likely to think you were right.

(Radius & Ulna fractured in bicycle incident Monday. Loads of drugs, and surgery this morning to realign both bones with plates and screws. He's now on both extended release oxycodone and regular old percocet. Like I said, he'd be apt to say "Hi. I've always wanted to meet Joy's husband; you're a lucky guy. That was a damn fine dinner." Then, he'd move on to discussing theoretical math things I can't follow, or economics.)

Grilled salmon with lemon pepper, white rice, and a bit of black beans with salsa.

I had Carraba's.  It was a birthday, and it was disgusting.

I am sorry to hear that. Not surprised at all, though.

Mango/Avocado/Celery Salad here, with homemade honey ginger dressing and Thai Lime Chili Cashews.
Followed by a scoop of Butter Almond ice cream with a spoon of white chocolate peanut butter and hot fudge.
And a giant cup of irish breakfast tea.

Jay is fapping, and I'm thinking over various scenarios of impersonating your husband.

"Your face looks weird after that blow to the head, and you can't remember my birthday?"

"I'll be fine.  The chicken was marvelous.  Lets go make love."

Arm.

Yep. That's it.

And to BJ, who accuses me of cooking exotic dishes, tonight's meal is an old staple.
Chicken breasts cooked in butter with mushrooms & shallots, Tarragon cream sauce,
mashed potatoes and spinach in garlic butter.

So, there.

What Joy is having sounds yummy.  I'm trying to figure out what to have.  I'm stuck here at work until 9.  I'm also apparently watching my carb intake.  I'm up for suggestions from you foodies.  :)

Fruit & veggie carbs, good. Starchy carbs, not as much, unless you're just coming off a big expenditure of calories.

Adding healthy fats, like avocado, olive oil and nuts might help cut down on the craving for the sugary & starchy carbs you're trying to cut out.

A gigantic salad with grilled protein (beef, chicken, seafood, tofu, legumes or eggs) always a great choice. Just skip the breadsticks and/or crackers.

As far as cutting carbs, I'm well-versed in what I should and shouldn't eat since I did Atkins and The Zone and even South Beach.  I'm just bored with eating the same things a lot.

I'm having black beans, rice, and salsa.  Those are the staples of my diet.  I'll probably have some milk and steamed asparagus with it.  And a Coke, my friend bought me a 12-pack of Coke from Mexico, the type that's made with real sugar.

They put a lot more caffeine in their Coke, though. So watch out if you're not used to espressos.

I'm curious about Mexican Coke.

There's a place on 301 in Sarasota that has it, not to far from your mall.
