Keith Richards should've been dead around the era of Keith Moon.

God knows what he shot into his arm, or snorted.

"Handlers" can only coach you along so far.  Eventually, you get some bad marbles in your bag.  Or do something something excessively stupid.

I know, just from living, I take a gamble every time I have a few beers and go anywhere.  The more you look into the lives of people like Keith Richards, the more ridiculous it seems.  After-hours clubs in NYC, in 1980?  And they didn't really have a "posse", they just had a couple drivers and some hangers-on, in Studio 54?  Insane.
