this is the video they got of him stealing at Crystal Springs, AR - this is the home of the only liquor store for 35 miles near me.  If you know who he is, rat him out!@

Marinas are supposed to have a security man at night.  At least, the good ones are.  Boats are expensive, and so are the parts.

When you have about six million dollars worth of shit tied up anywhere, a certain amount of security is expected.

....esp. during what looks like daylight hours....
most marinas i've seen have a chain-link fence w/ a lock for after-hours.
boat owners need key or combo, or check in at the guard shack


actually, i had to wrap a chain around the nosey guard & throw him in the drink
