Just grow it yourself...get yourself about 150 watts of T5 fluorescent and 400 watts of high pressure sodium light.  You can flower 9 months a year in about 150 square feet, total, without air conditioning.  You can do it for cheaper than you purchase it for if you save up about $2000 and put in about five hours a week.

...and don't sell it...that's what'll get you fucked...don't invite "friends" over or tell them you have a garden, either...
