Although today he received in the mail a copy of a book called "Getting the Love You Want."

Great book. My girlfriends and I read it together regularly.

You have to be dumber than your therapist for therapy to work.

I haven't done this, but I can imagine that sometime it might happen so I'm asking:

Let's say you live on a narrow street.  People routinely park on both sides of the street, meaning that if someone in one of those cars should someday open their car door suddenly, you could easily hit it.  If that happens, who is at fault?

Yes, in driver's ed I was taught that if you see parked cars you should always look to see if there's a person in them, and not drive too close to them in case of just such an event.  But driving down these streets regularly, that's just not realistic.  When I get out of my  car, I always check to make sure there's no one coming.  But if in the future somebody should forget to do the same and I hit their car door, is it my fault?

Moving vehicle has the right of way in a thoroughfare.

Pedestrians and operators of non-moving vehicles are required to yield to oncoming traffic.

When opening your car door, you should always check your side-view mirror.  It's the fault of whoever opened the door, within reason.

Should I shave my head?

Depends on what your head looks like.  If it's bumpy, pointy, or has a skin disease, don't.

Also, I would recommend going fuzzy instead of shiny bald unless you have the muscles to pull off the Mr. Clean look.

Agreed.

It's a good summer look.

Boyfriend's head is shaved (fuzzy, not shiny) and I don't think people assume that about him.  Of course, that might have something to do with the t-shirts that say things like "Modern Drunkard Magazine," and "The more corrupt the state, the more numerous the laws-- Tacitus."

Dig it.
