The Lesson Today

I taught my students how to avoid the draft. I love how libertarian I can be in my class.

Thats cool. The other night during pillow talk I successfully explained the link between out taxes, fiat money, government bailouts, Obama + Socialism to my GF.
She still doesnt know the difference between a democracy and a republic, but I have her understanding why voting for Obama really wasnt the greatest idea in the world.

democracy is two guys voting to force sex upon a gal...

in a republic...first of all, that sort of vote is off the table to begin with...AND the gal has a pair of .45s on her hips to make short work of any rapists...

That is so not helpful at all.

yeah, I know...most gals get upset when anyone talks about rape...at least til they themselves are raped(some statistics say one in four women are raped)...

still...in a "democracy" where the "majority-rules/cannibalizes/rapes/etc." the minority...joe and jon get to fuck sally...whether she likes it or not...

I was actually being more specific with my examples so they apply better to the real world (aka her world).
In my first attempt to explain it to her, I asked whether she thought the U.S. was a democracy or a republic.

She said democracy, because, Obama is president.

Before you ask, we both went to public school so lets get that out of the way.

I'll say right up front...congratulations for even any pillow-talk-chitty-chatty directed the Freedom and Liberty way...

furthermore...previously I stated that only one percent of the American population(3 Million) would even listen to our message...

then I stated that only five percent of those(150 Thousand) would do what's necessary to somewhat protect themselves from the looters...

and out of that number, perhaps only five to ten percent will be women(7,500 to 15,000)...

so...congratulations if you've really found one...and run like hell if you haven't...

[...] the difference between a democracy and a republic [...]

None really.  Well, except marketing.  Also one is headquartered in Atlanta and the other in Louisville... oh, no, now I'm thinking of Coke and Pepsi.

Democracy is Gang RapeTM, the board game. A republic is the same game with more rules.
