For all the intellectual folks out there that are smarter and or more educated than me, the bible is the inerrant Word of God.

I think the original writings by those that actualy wrote the book are "inerrant" but all the versions of scripture that have been translated, editted, influenced, ect... over the years are not Inerrant.  You can find so many differences and contradictions just between the current popular versions of the scripture, let alone all the older versions and revisions that have happened since the original books were writen.  and don't leave out all the other books, scrolls, ect.. that are not in the bible today due to those that put the many writings together to create "the Bible" deciding for themselves what belonged and what didn't also having their own influences.
