The first time I filmed a cop - psycho cop edition.

This gang member ticketed me yesterday for the victimless crime of not wearing a seatbelt. He then proceeded to stalk me after I drove away. He pulled up beside me at an intersection and proceeded to shout through the window. I reversed away into a driveway as I didnt feel like answering his questions. He followed and proceeded to grab my car keys and throw them in the bushes. He drove off but then turned his car back around and thats where I started filming. Id had enough by that point to grab my iphone and start filming . This video is just a short clip but you'll get the idea of the attitude of all the cops around here and why I avoid them as much as possible.

Now Ive got 0 points left on my licence its only a matter of time till I am unable to drive . The only way I can afford to feed my family and pay the mortgage is by delivering pizzas at night. I need to go to another state or the gang in blue will force me off the road here. They know my car now and like pulling me over for alcohol breath tests. Previously Ive been threatened by this gang - you can see my other posts about it on here. There is no point lodging complaints as the gang members stick together. The only outlet I have is this board to tell people my story. Everyone in this town wouldn't understand that its not a crime to refuse to talk to the men with guns or that there is no crime if there is no victim. In total over the past 12 months the fines come to $1200. The only victim here is me , I cant afford to pay the amounts on their threatening letters. It would be cheaper to hire the mafia for "protection".

btw I dont think its a failure when you dont talk to the police - it's a win.

Well, apparently we don't have a monopoly on idiot cops here in the States.

Not really.  Tell me how Im supposed to react when assaulted by gang members.

It was an extremely threatening situation and the only protection I had was live streaming to the internet . I was just delivering pizza not looking to confront a storm trooper.

Next time ask if he can stand with his face to the sun, so that it's behind you and your camera.

I'm with BJ on this one. You should do whats in your individual self-interest. A traffic stop isn't the smart place to assert yourself over something meaningless.

Streaming to the internet is self protection in this situation. You saw what happened...he took off when i did so. Its not like I started filming straight away it was only after he threw my keys into the bushes then returned to harass me again. How would you handle it differently? Wait for the taser or the gun to come out or try and ward the psycho off by getting him on film?

I have never filmed a cop before. At my wits end it was the only thing I could think of . You make it seem like I rammed his car lol.

What would happen if you reached into a cops car and threw his keys into the bushes?
