I like the Denver airport. Each terminal has a resturant setup that you can smoke in. That is the best.

The fictional Colorado rules!  As for the real one - I still can't get over $500 fines for leaving your dog outside for more than 10 minutes...  :x

Skiing, skiing, skiing.   I've skied Breckenridge, Winter Park, Copper Mountain, Steamboat, Crested Butte, Keystone....they're all awesome.   Don't ask me for a comparative review, however, since I started skiing when I was 5 or 6 and don't remember most of the differences between them.   They kind of run together in my memory.

Summer?  Hiking, hiking, hiking.  Horseback riding, camping, exploring waterfalls, spelunking.

Colorado's just one big vacation destination to me.   I'd probably be willing to pick up and move there, though, if I found a good job.

Best run ever was the 10 mile loop through Garden of the Gods in Manitou Springs, not long after sunrise.
I was slow - mostly because it's hard to train for high elevation in Georgia - but I didn't care. It was so amazingly beautiful. The people are pretty great, too. We've done the winter skiing trips in the past, and those are lovely too, but summer was my favorite.

I look forward to going back in a couple of years. Have San Diego & New Hampshire summer roadtrips on the schedule first.
