Canada has a clause in their constitution that says you can't punish someone unless you can proved that they have caused harm.  David Malmo Levine used it in his defense for trafficking marijuana.  He lost at the supreme court level 6-3.

It's a good way to get shot. Crossing out tags is a major sign of disrespect.

Better off finding your own patch of wall.

or go to a train yard...those tags get play all over tha country.  People get stopped at train crossings and they have nothing better to do than check out all the graffiti.  Hell, I was just doing that last night!
