It's not about it being ad supported, it's about it reducing popularity of P2P piracy, which means slower downloads and more Internet centralization.  And it's dis-empowering: not all slows / episodes are available all of the time, limits on quality, ability to jump to any point in the video, watch it offline, etc.  You're supporting the sort of technology that makes a society less free at the expense of a technology that can be used to fight tyranny on any level!

Dude, Hulu is awesome.  I don't care if P2P piracy goes down.  In fact, it's a good thing IMO if you can get content legally (which isn't just legal in this case sense you support the content producers and providers by watching it on their sites and giving them ad revenue).  It's the legal stuff I'd spend my time worrying about seeding.
