1. Multi-vitamin: fills in the gaps from crappy eating.
2. Iron: Because I run and runners are habitually low in iron.
3. L-Glutamine: Amino acid, also for running. Helps build the muscle back after the run.
4. L-Arganine: Same as above, plus it increases your sex drive.
5. St Johns Wort: Cuz it beats Prozac.
There's no reason to take vitamin supplements if you're an ordinary person with a balanced diet. However, if you're a manic runner who only eat ramen, your diet probably has its deficiencies. Your best bet in that case would be to follow the advice of your doctor, an educated person who actually know what he's talking about, and not the advice a "naturopath" whos only credentials is shit he's pulled out of his own paranoid ass.
