Surely Tom could be arrested on similar laws of incitement to violence with all the cop murder advocacy and rape fantasy literature?

Hopefully this will be a lesson to people that while it may be appealing to rage off about how much bullshit the cops do, its generally not helpful, not from a legal standpoint, and not in gaining sympathy for anti-statist beliefs.

the problem for the gunvernment...when it comes to persecuting human beings for writings or verbal story-telling...is that once even ONE PAGE is entered into "evidence"...then the WHOLE BOOK can be entered for contextual relevancy to the first ONE PAGE entered into evidence...same goes for any "cherry-picked" evidence regardless of whether it's on the street-corner or in a magazine or in a book or on TV or in a movie or in a play or on the world wide web...

and hence, this is why the gunvernment is not more aggressive than they are...regarding "writings" and "stories" and verbal "story-telling"...

what they DON'T want and CAN'T have are FULLY INFORMED JURIES and these subjects/issues/topics/philosophies being brought more fully into the mainstream...

for example(and in my opinion much to his discredit...and to show that even he is somehow controlled)...

WHY DOESN'T RON PAUL, WHO HAS MILLIONS OF LISTENERS AND FOLLOWERS ACROSS THE GLOBE...

WHY DOESN'T HE JUST "CALL THE BALL"...JUST SAY "GET OUT OF THE MARKETS, GET OUT OF THE BANKS, AND GET OUT OF THE DOLLAR!"

you and I both know that he is ONE MAN who could/would start the flight from the dollar in earnest...

we're talking GROUND ZERO SHIT HERE...

of course, the insiders also know full well that all they need to do to make instant SHTF is to whip up some more of their "JFK/MLK medicine"...

and don't think that Ron Paul doesn't live with that knowledge 24/7/365...

he most certainly does...
