OK- it isn't REALLY "powdered water", it is encapsulated water, but it is still pretty unusual. The
new product is in fact a powder, with a tiny droplet of water surrounded by silica powder, and apparently it stays this way. The shills at the Telegraph can't have a science article without putting a global warming spin on just about any story , so the very first possible use they list is
