In NH, state parks are paid for by admissions.  If admissions cannot cover costs, then something has to change.  Hopefully that change will be the state no longer owning the parks which the public refuse to fund.  That would be fantastic.  It would also shrink the size of the state government and help tax payers throughout the state.
