I think she was a Manchurian candidate, but the chip they put in her head to make her kill some high level official didn't work right and shorted out when her handler hit the red button on the remote, making her fall and gave her an added boost of energy, hence........WINNING.

I watched it closely, had it examined by experts in the field. That was the consensus.

This is the raw version...the version I saw first was one of those "be inspired" type videos, with words in between clips.  Something about how when we fall, we need to get back up and win the race...
