Title: Remember the story about the Dentist shot during an office pool raid?

I was discussing the militarization of police with a friend, and I brought up the story I had heard about an office pool raid on a dentist office a few years ago where they shot the dentist.

He doubted it was true and said that I was just exaggerating.  He went to Google and searched and didn't find anything like that (it could be really buried in there).  Does anyone have a link to a news article about that story?

Optometrist Salvatore Culosi was shot dead at his Fairfax, Virginia home on January 24, 2006 by Deval Bullock, there with other SWAT officers because of Culosi's illegal sports betting.
