Actually, if they are on "public property" or if they are on your private property and not in the bathroom, you don't even need to inform them that they are being
video recorded. The video can be 100% secret and it's perfectly LEGAL.
Only when audio is in the mix does it get hairy.
A lot of whether this stupid bullshit audio-recording (supposedly "wiretapping") law can get fixed in the next year or so depends on who gets elected to the State House in November.
