I actually gave the first episode another chance when I was in a less grumpy mood and finished it.  Ep 2 kept me pretty amused on my long drive between Manch and Keene.  They're my buddie whom I hang out with all the time so it's cool just listening to them chat about the kind of things we'd be chatting about at any particular time.  It's just frustrating I can't join in.  It's not a call-in show.  When they were talking about annoying drivers, I wanted to call in about a stupid idgit who didn't understand traffic circles.

Why does this chaotic mess of a show appeal to me?
This frightens me.

What other podcast can give insider opinion on BSDM and tricks to get brighter cloths.

Hey, now.  We've talked about BDSM quite a bit on our show.

Are we going to compare P & TG to PU?
O.k..
PU: "We are all non-parents but we know everything about raising children anyway, because well.... we were children."
Listeners who spawned: (Stephanie's word for breeders) *Head explodes.
P & TG: "I hate children."
Listeners who spawned: (after Jr. destroyed his third expensive part of the home entertainment system this week by trying to play a hard boiled egg in the DVD player) "Me too!"
I'll post more later. Right now I have to run out of the room and give my son a awkward hug and tell him how handsome he is.

Dude, you are OBSESSED with a few particular disagreements between us.  I think you need to get over the fact that I'm going to express my opinion about things.  If you don't think my opinion has much weight based on my lack of authority on the subject, then ignore my opinions and get on with your life.  If my opinion doesn't matter, then it doesn't matter, right?  Right?

But I'm sick of people who keep wanting to argue and make the case for a particular parenting style when they undermine the discussion with "You just can't possibly understand because you're not a parent."  That invalidates any point you might have for having a discussion with non-parents in the first place.  It's the sad, tired, fallback argument from authority.  I think you will eventually realize you're not trying to convince me.  You're trying to convince yourself.  Hence the obsession.  It's an itch you can't stop scratching.  You're like a fundamentalist Christian whose faith is shakey, and the only way you know know to shore up that faith is with affirmations from others who are looking for the same affirmation from you.

Many parents share my views.

 You are taking us both way to seriously. I am just busting on you people that's all. My only other post on parenting aimed at PU was with a screen shot I was kind of proud of, that was the main part of the post.
For the record I am actually not angry at BJ for being snubbed on the PU chat either.

No. I was on the PU chat a week or two ago and BJ exposed me as straight. Me and BJ had a BBS exchange where I said "he got the LBGT community to snub me." I wasn't serious there either, as far as I was concerned BJ was a lot of help in defusing that fucking troll thread.

Somehow I completely missed that thread.  I guess the title never grabbed me.

Yes, the download link is the same as the show notes link. Prolly a copy and paste error. In the meantime, copy the link to the previous show and replace the "6" with a "7" as a temporary fix until they fix the website.

Thanks Dale. That worked.
Hey a chick, sounds all hot and stuff. The boys sound nervous.
Puke would've probably looked like that Indian dude on The Big Bang Theory.
