Yeah, I read it last year. I thought it might actually be a more or less accurate depiction of what a post-collapse statist society might look like in the absence of any major libertarian movement. One thing that I especially liked, though, was how so many security technologies (such as the nuclear-powered cyborg guard dogs) were developed in the absence of the state.
