Title: Post your Liberty-promoting ideas on this board!
Post by: FTL_Ian on November 15, 2005, 11:47:00 AM
Thanks to Viper5502002 for the suggestion to make this forum.

Here are three easy ideas to promote Liberty:

AMP FTL:  http://amp.freetalklive.com  (Takes virtually no effort, and is quite effective)

Call your local talk stations and request FTL.  See our new forum dedicated to this.

Print out our recruiting flier and leave it places where people wait: http://freetalklive.com/images/FTLflier.pdf

What a great idea! I leave FTL flyers everywhere, and write it on all my money.

I plan to put up some FTL fliers on my college campus. I wonder how long they'll last before the local Dem Party group tears them down. :P

Flyers, make money, hmmmmmmmmm..
I'd rather suggest to 'take over' the podosphere! Have some libertarians make really good shows and slip in the message! Nowadays, really good podcasts still have a chance to reach out, i assume. (I'm not a PR specialist though)

Nope, can't be expelled for the fact that the University bylaws state I have the right to freedom of expression. :)

In Sweden there's a government monopoly on anything classed as medicine. There's a government run chain of pharmacys, and they're the only stores allowed to sell anything that some government agency has classed as medecine. This includes over the counter stuff like headache pills and nicotine patches.
So a few weeks ago I went around town with a bowl of Alvedon (swedens most popular headache pill), going up to people saying "Do monopolies give you a headache? Have an alvedon!"

Most people just ignored me or laughed at me, but it was still pretty fun.
