He did the horn thing with his hand while it was in motion between peace signs.  It's not a stretch to think Penn might have a familiarity with the Church of Satan.

The Criminal Justice episode of Bullshit! is going to be on tomorrow, and Radley Balko is a guest talking head.  Should be good.

Criminal Justice episode twas good. They dealt with how the court systems were flawed to convict as many people as they can.

I dug it, but really wish the shows were a full hour instead of just the half.  They covered a lot of topics in this one but barely scratched the surface with each of them.  And I felt like they could've gotten some better "law and order" talking heads....Lars Larson has been on at least a few times before and he doesn't actually say anything.  It would've been more effective to have someone who could be more specific than just barking about how criminals belong in prison.

Balko was good (and dreamy, as always) but they should've let him talk about more-- such as no-knock raids, which are a specialty of his.

Yeah, that's a big issue I've found with the show.  They just don't have enough time in the half-hour slot to fit everything.  That said, I didn't notice that as much in the earlier seasons.  As much as I like the show, I don't think its quality recently has matched the earlier stuff.

That's the first time I've ever heard him described as "Dreamy" ... really not sure what to make of that.

I've had a long-standing crush on Radley Balko.  That he is good-looking as well as only a little older than me is icing on the Kickass Libertarian cake.

Which means, according to the "have you met your heroes" thread, that I should never actually meet him in person.
