unless you are willing to eat fish 3-4 times a week (NOT tuna)
you should take fish oil pills every day
i do it, cuz i fucking detest fish & it has proven to be a great heart-healthy supplement (high in omega-3 fatty acid-bullshit-doctor-talk-shit)
2 much dense, steak-type fish (shark, tuna, flipper), has more mercury.....not a big deal, unless you're eating 2 lbs a week.
my blood test shows a great cholesterol level, and i'm a red-meat-eating freakazoid motherfucker.....gimme that 24 oz. fillet w/ a porterhouse side.
also, get on the green tea train, friendo
i drink the shit out of it----NOT store-bought - 1 tsp. raw sugar to 2 tea bags
